This 1-day drama-based workshop explores how to influence others effectively in the workplace.

Using professional actors and forum theatre techniques, participants observe, analyse, and practice how subtle shifts in behaviour, language, and mindset can build trust and encourage collaboration.

The session features the DEAL model – a powerful and practical structure devised by No I in Clare to help delegates influence with integrity and create win-win outcomes.

Participants will learn how to understand the dynamics of influence and how their own behaviour impacts others.

They will explore the DEAL model and how to apply it to real-life situations to structure their message persuasively.

They will practice how to sell the benefits of their ideas to others, read non-verbal cues, and adapt their tone and style to different people.

They will also observe actor-led scenarios showing both ineffective and effective influencing in action, building their confidence to influence with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
