Communicating clearly so your team knows exactly what to do, when to do it and why it matters.

Workshop 3 - Managing Personalities

Understanding different people so you can get the best out of every personality, every day.

Objectives:

  • Recognise different working styles and needs

  • Adapt your approach to motivate each person

  • Reduce friction and improve team dynamics

Workshop 4 - Feedback That Lands

Giving clear, objective feedback that improves performance without triggering anger, defensiveness or demotivation.

  • Use simple, objective language that keeps conversations calm

  • Give feedback the other person can hear, accept and act on

  • Address performance issues early, confidently and effectively

Workshop 5 - Coaching Session (1:1)

A focused practical session where delegates bring a real challenge to solve and receive tailored feedback on their communication and leadership style.
